I am dusting off the joggers, pulling on the legwarmers and pounding the pavement in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival. At the same time I am aiming to raise money for charity and I would welcome any contribution, great or small, that you could make. The charity I've chosen to support is Greenpeace who are fighting the good fight to ensure that the next generation will still be able to run across the bridge rather than have to go diving to see it. Donations, however large, will be most welcome & will be a great way to stop me spamming you every other day.

If it helps prise the purse open, I've got to be there at 6:20 in the morning, which is precisely why I didn't run it last year. My suffering is always something worth shelling out for. Any support & encouragement would be most appreciated as would the number of a good physio.
