| Axel, 42km is a good start and in line with my expectations for a someone of your tenure. But I would like to see you take some more risks and experiment with break-through running styles (hopping, weaving, zig-zag, etc) in order to achieve a top quartile performance on this race. Good luck with the run, your efforts are appreciated. |

Sonja Dargan

| Axel,
You'll cruise through the first 25km, suffer a bit between 30-38 and then the endorphins do a great job for the lst few kms. Crossing the finish line is awesome and I enjoyed the achievement for a long time after the pain went away.
Best of Luck
