JAPAN Quake & Tsunami Appeal 2011

Story

On Friday 11th March a massive nine magnitude earthquake occurred off the shore of Japan, triggering a Tsunami that swept across the country with waves of up to 10 metres reaching over 10 kilometres inland.

As I live in Australia and not able to physically help my native country, I feel helpless,  just watching news of such an enormous catastrophe unfold, day by day.

I am heartbroken by the Japanese news about children who have lost their parents, without knowledge of what is happening to them.

UNICEF will help rebuild schools, send teachers/carers, mental and health care for those children who have lost loved ones.

Thanks to many organisations helping Japan at this moment, but as a parent I would like to give a special support to children who need assistance.

I would like to ask my fellow colleagues and friends of mine to join me to help them.

Please take a minute and consider making a secure online donation. Click on DONATE NOW (right) and make a difference.
