KYDS Youth Development Service Incorporated

KYDS provides free and confidential counselling and mental health support for adolescents.
One-to-one, personal counselling is provided, along with a range of group support programs
and early intervention workshops in school and community settings across Northern Sydney.

We help young people and their families deal with issues such as: depression, anxiety, drug
and alcohol use, school problems, family and relationship issues, anger management, body
image concerns, self esteem, bullying, school and exam stress, self harm and suicide.
