Nova for Women and Children Inc

Nova for Women and Children is a specialist Homelessness and Domestic Violence service in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas of NSW.
Nova assists women (with/without children) experiencing/at risk of homelessness, or escaping domestic and family violence with temporary crisis accommodation and case management support, to maintain safe accommodation or remain safely in their home.

Each day, Nova accommodates up to 80 women and children across 4 refuge sites - with most nights at full capacity.
That means each year we provide over 27,700 nights' accommodation to vulnerable women and children who may otherwise have nowhere safe to stay.
