Community Fundraising Coordinator (fundraiser engagement + digital production)

We are looking for someone with Community Fundraising experience to help shape campaigns for some of the largest fundraising events in Australia.

  • Someone who likes to multi-task
  • Extremely proactive and can manage projects from end to end
  • You have a strong attention to detail, with a creative flair for copy-writing and campaigns.
  • Analytical and enjoy data
  • A people person who is comfortable building relationships and helping clients find new solutions.

Responsibilities of the job

  • Creating and improving supporter journeys
  • Writing EDMs
  • Working with clients to create case-studies
  • Project Managing the campaign builds for various clients (working between the Account Management and Production Teams)
  • Digital campaign Measurement
  • Community Management
  • Social Media content

Responsibilities of the job

  • Identifying opportunities and potential leads
  • Reaching out and building relationships with the largest charities and events in Australia, New Zealand and the USA
  • Responding to tenders and large proposals
  • Performing discovery on campaigns and identifying opportunities to grow these
  • Presenting to large groups and holding workshops
  • Campaign planning, oversight and debriefs
  • Owning key relationships and deliverables of projects
  • Ensuring what is delivered is to the highest standard and in line with the client expectations
  • Supporting and troubleshooting issues on major campaigns and working with the production support and relationship management teams to come to a suitable resolution

Software Engineer (Full Stack)

  • All round development experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
    • Experience with Web APIs, MVC, Razor, WCF
    • Experience working with EntityFramework, EntityFrameworkCore and SQL Server

    • Solid experience with Unit testing and Test Driven Development
  • Experience with Cloud based services
    • Developing and deploying to various AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, Lamda, API Gateway

  • Working with WordPress CMS system
    • Developing, troubleshooting and Deploying wordpress based websites

    • Working with Amazon ECS to orchestrate containers
    • Understanding of Kubernetes highly advantageous
